In 2005, through David LaChapelle’s documentary RIZE, he discovered his favorite dance, the Krump, allowing him to best express his personality, his mixed roots, his energy and his spirituality. Very quickly, he decides to go back to the sources of this movement and goes, in 2006, where everything started: in the ghettos of Los Angeles. Its integration in 2008 within the NY Madness Fam (Tight Eyez) gives it the status of precursor and initiator of the movement in Europe alongside French and European groups. Grichka competed in numerous solo and team battles and won the EBS Krump World Championship twice.

He co-founded the R.A.F CREW in 2007, thanks to which he won the title of world champions HIP HOP in 2009 and co-chorography «R.A.F city'z» (2010). In 2009, he also founded the collective «Madrootz» which brings together many French pioneers of the krump movement but also international leaders. Since 2013 he has been artistic director of the International Illest Battle, an international meeting of Krump whose 10th edition took place in May 2023 in La Villette.

Its  scenic and choreographic directions...

In 2017, he co-founded the short film Les Indes Galantes, by Clément Cogitore. Teaching Krump and Hip Hop internationally since 2007, he decided in 2019 to propose his artistic vision of krump in his first choreographed piece, Birth. In 2021, he choreographed in Germany, in association with the theatre TanzKomplizen and the association Offensive Tanz für junges Publikum Berlin,A human race, a piece about structural racism, on the famous

Spring of Stravinsky. He also did  the opening ceremony of the first edition of Formula 1 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, directed and conceptualized by Dreamed By Us, with whom he will also collaborate on the opening ceremonies of the «Cultural talents tournament» in Saudi in 2023 and 2024 and the opening ceremony of the Rugby World Cup at the Stade de France in 2023. In 2022, he gave birth on stage «Alpha Krump», an educational show retracing the history, the codes, the basics of Krump in a playful and communicative form; all with a DJ, two MCs and two dancers to explore the various elements of the movement.  Alongside the conductor Zahia Ziouani and his orchestra Divertimento, he will open the 2 ceremonies of the Roland Garros finals in 2023 and 2024 but also bring its choreographic touch to the "Rhapsodie sportive" show that is mixing music and sport movements. In 2024 he finished the creation of its new piece "Sur Le Fil" with five women and is preparing new projects , includind the 11th edition of the Illest Battle 2025.
